ID verification

To use our mailbox service, the law (Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds) requires us to verify your name, date of birth and current address.
Until the verification is completed, we cannot hand over, forward or scan your mail.

What you need

• A government-issued identity document with your photo (driver's license, My Number Card, residence card, passport, etc.)
• If the document does not show your current address (such as a passport), please also provide a document that shows your current address (a utility bill receipt, a document issued by a government office, etc., issued within the last 6 months).
• During the procedure, we will ask you to take a photo of your face.

Procedure

ID verification is done within the application screen.

Please note

• Depending on the combination of documents, you may need to provide additional documents or receive mail that we send to a specified address. If this applies to you, we will let you know on the application screen.
• Submitting forged or altered documents is punishable by law.
• We use the documents you submit only for ID verification and keep them for the period required by law.
